VON Canada is seeking a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes across Nova Scotia. You will support daily living, help develop care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, visiting multiple clients throughout the day. The role requires CCA certification, willingness to drive with a personal vehicle, a Standard First Aid or CPR-C, and a clean Vulnerable Sector Check.
