Job Summary
Aspire ABA is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. Ont.) to join our team as an In-Home Clinical Supervisor.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight across Aspire ABA’s in-home services, including assessment, program development, data review, family consultation, and supervision of Supervised ABA Therapists.
This is a full-time independent contractor position requiring 37.5 hours per week. In-home clinical observation and supervision are essential parts of the role.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight for in-home ABA services
- Conduct assessments, clinical observations, and ongoing reviews of learner progress
- Develop, review, and modify individualized ABA programs, goals, teaching procedures, and behaviour support plans
- Review data and session documentation to guide clinical decision-making
- Supervise, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to Supervised ABA Therapists
- Support Supervised ABA Therapists with program implementation, data collection, treatment integrity, and clinical problem-solving
- Meet with families to review goals, progress, recommendations, and programming
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching when clinically appropriate
- Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and service planning
- Collaborate with Aspire ABA’s clinical and administrative team as needed
- Coordinate with schools and other professionals when clinically appropriate and consented
- Provide direct ABA services when needed to support continuity of services
- Maintain ethical, professional,
and confidential practice in accordance with CPBAO standards and Aspire ABA policies
Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing as a Registered Behaviour Analyst, R.B.A. (Ont.), with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification is an asset
- Minimum three years of ABA experience, including experience with assessment, program development, and clinical supervision
- At least one year of post-registration experience delivering and supervising ABA services to children and youth
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, data-driven decision-making, skill acquisition, and behaviour intervention
- Experience supervising, coaching, and supporting ABA therapists
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and professional approach to working with learners, families, and diverse communities
- Comfort providing clinical supervision and services in family homes while maintaining professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence, reliable access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel to family homes across the GTA and surrounding areas
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Current CPI, SMG, or equivalent crisis prevention and de-escalation training, or willingness to obtain
- Current professional liability insurance
