Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, as part of Ararat Trading (2002) Corp.’s in-house marketing team. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s fruit offerings across relevant channels.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives with marketing materials, coordinating promotions, and monitoring campaign performance. The individual will collaborate closely with sales and operations teams, maintain consistent brand messaging, and assist with customer communication and service-related marketing activities. The role also includes creating reports, analyzing market trends,



and recommending strategies to increase brand visibility and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and develop effective marketing plans.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing support skills to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to revenue-generating activities.
- Candidates should have proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online marketing platforms) and strong organizational skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is an asset.
- Experience in food, produce, or wholesale trading industries is beneficial but not required.
