Sit With Me Pet Care is Expanding — Pet Care Contractors Wanted in Calgary!

We’re looking to add a few reliable, experienced pet care contractors in different areas of Calgary to help with dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, daycare, and boarding.

We’re especially looking for people who are flexible, dependable, and genuinely comfortable working with a variety of pets and client situations.

Applicants must:

- Have their own reliable vehicle
- Be comfortable driving approximately 20–30 minutes one way to client locations under normal traffic conditions
- Be willing to service more than just their immediate neighbourhood
- Have strong communication, reliability, and good judgment around animals
- Be comfortable following detailed care instructions and client routines
- Provide their general weekly schedule/availability when applying
- Be willing to complete a Police Information Check / criminal background check if selected for onboarding

Applicants will be prioritized if they:

- Have a securely fenced private yard
- Are willing and able to provide pet boarding and/or daycare from their home
- Can also provide walks, drop-ins, and/or house sitting
- Have previous professional pet-sitting, veterinary, shelter/rescue, kennel, daycare, grooming, or pet first-aid CPR training experience

Previous professional pet-sitting experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in animal first aid, veterinary clinics, animal shelters/rescues, kennels, dog daycare, grooming, training, or other animal-care settings will be prioritized.

This is best suited to someone with a reasonably flexible schedule who enjoys working independently but can also communicate consistently with our team and clients.

Please note: this role requires regular driving between client locations, so applicants looking to work only within their immediate neighbourhood may not be the best fit.

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
