Indian Restaurant – Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our restaurant team.

The main responsibility of this position is providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, taking orders, and handing completed orders to customers.

Responsibilities

- Answer phones and take customer orders accurately
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Hand out takeout and pickup orders
- Confirm orders before giving them to customers
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Answer basic questions about the menu
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized
- Assist with other general restaurant duties when needed

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear and skilled communication
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
