In this key position, you will develop recruitment strategies under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager.

Collaborating with community partners, you'll engage with Indigenous students and job seekers to enhance career opportunities. Your work will center on promoting cultural values and inclusion in all recruitment practices while raising awareness of employment and educational pathways. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Provide culturally relevant guidance and support
- Ensure alignment of practices with Indigenous values Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience with Indigenous communities
- Familiarity with recruitment and HR systems, preferably ADP
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
