Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indo Chinese dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met
- Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage meal timings and ensure timely service during busy hours
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages or expired items




- Uphold high standards of food service by ensuring each dish is prepared with care and served promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of Indo Chinese cuisine techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Excellent skills in serving customers and understanding their preferences to enhance their dining experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards
- Experience in meal preparation for large groups or restaurant service environments
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations
