Groupe Yellow recherche un assistant-gérant pour soutenir le gérant dans les opérations quotidiennes et assurer un bon fonctionnement du magasin à Trois-Rivières. Vous supervisez l’équipe, formez les employés et participez au recrutement. Vous devez posséder un DES et une expérience en service à la clientèle, être disponible jours, soirs et fins de semaine, et viser l’atteinte des objectifs tout en garantissant la satisfaction client et la fidélisation.
