The Physiotherapist (PT) at Talcura Technologies Inc. works as a member of an interprofessional inpatient stroke and oncology rehabilitation team in Ontario, focusing on person-centred assessment and discharge readiness for community living. The PT conducts assessments, develops care plans, provides patient/family education, and evaluates progress. They identify needs for additional assessments or referrals and participate in team meetings, rounds, and quality improvement activities.
