Brockway Enterprises is looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Quotations Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building or continuing a career in sales within the electrical and industrial industry.

Working alongside our experienced sales team and manufacturer partners, you will support customers, prepare quotations, assist with projects and opportunities, and develop your knowledge of the products and markets we serve throughout Atlantic Canada.

This is a full-time (40 hours a week) hands-on, in-person position where you will have the opportunity to develop your sales, customer service, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and general product information
- Work with manufacturer partners to obtain pricing, product, and technical information
- Support the outside sales team with projects, quotations, and sales opportunities
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturer partners
- Develop an understanding of electrical and industrial products, applications, and markets
- Learn about the products and manufacturers represented by Brockway
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to provide responsive and knowledgeable customer service

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:





- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and Microsoft Office
- Interested in learning technical products, applications, and industry terminology
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Interested in developing a career in sales and the electrical/industrial industry

Experience in sales, customer service, electrical, industrial, or a related field is an asset, but not required. Recent graduates and early-career applicants are encouraged to apply. We are interested in individuals who are motivated to learn and grow with the company. Requirements

- Applicants must currently reside in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM)




- Applicants must be currently legally entitled to work in Canada
- Brockway is unable to provide work permits or sponsorship
