Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Mount Pearl, NL. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and hose fabrication, and testing.

Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, responding to product and service questions, processing orders, and coordinating with technicians and the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining records,



and supporting marketing and sales initiatives to grow the customer base and increase revenue.

The Inside Sales

Representative is expected to build robust relationships, provide prompt support, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing sales.
- Candidates should possess mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Experience in industrial, mechanical, or hydraulic products or related sectors is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, sales, or a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
