Role Description This is a full-time Insurance Broker (Commission) role based in Hamilton, ON, offered in a hybrid arrangement that combines in-office work with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Insurance





Broker will advise clients on personal and commercial insurance products, assess coverage needs, and provide tailored recommendations that align with clients’ financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing policy changes, and supporting clients through claims-related questions. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting regular policy reviews, and staying current with market trends and insurer offerings. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Must be Level 1 RIBO licensed- LLQP is an asset
- Knowledge of EPIC and Compu-Quote is an asset
