This is a fully commission-based prospect built for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys networking, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. You'll manage your own pipeline, advise clients on the right coverage for their needs, and build a book of business — all while upholding the highest standards of ethics and regulatory compliance. Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet monthly production goals Generate new leads through networking, referrals,
