This role ensures proper tracking, storage, and replenishment of materials and supplies whilemaintainingcompliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

The Inventory

Specialist plays a key role in operational efficiency by minimizing shortages, reducing excess stock, andmaintainingaccurateinventory data. Oversee inventory levels to ensure essential supplies are consistently available to support airport operations Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy against system records and resolve discrepancies Maintain detailed and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software Coordinate with procurement andlogisticsteams to order and receive suppliesin a timely manner Establish andmaintainefficient inventory control systems, including tracking and automated reordering processes Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and other departments to understand inventory needs Monitor usage trends tooptimizestock levels and forecast future inventory requirements Develop strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize waste Ensure stored items meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards Generate regular reports detailing inventory levels, usage trends, and projections for management review Analyze historical data to support budgeting and forecasting of inventory-related costs Resolve inventory issues,
