This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Consultant / MSP Help Desk at our Calgary, AB office. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, performing system maintenance, and supporting network and server infrastructure. This role requires strong analytical skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, maintaining a skilled and approachable demeanor across all levels of communication. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, applications and hardware to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Analyze client IT systems to identify opportunities for improvement, upgrades, and optimization.





Collaborate with internal teams to support IT project planning, implementation, and post-launch activities. Daily travel may be required within Calgary and the surrounding areas 0–4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or network administration. ~ Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field ~ Familiarity with Windows OS and Windows Server, LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and VPNs. ~ AWS, Azure), virtualization technologies (e.g., ConnectWise Manage/Control/Automate). ~ SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike) and network security. ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. ~ Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL or equivalent are a plus. ~ Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
