Your responsibilities will include maintaining windows servers and cloud environments, automating processes, and managing infrastructure projects. A strong focus on lifecycle management and troubleshooting will be essential to support NFI's global operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Windows Server systems and service accounts
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain physical and virtual servers
- Execute platform and application patching alongside disaster recovery




- Manage cloud support with VMware, Microsoft Azure, and NetApp
- Provide on-call, after-hours support for incidents and maintenance Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5+ years in multi-site enterprise systems support
- Proficiency with Veeam, Azure, and VMware
- Solid communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of automation tools like PowerShell or Python Leverage your expertise in systems support and automation to enhance operational efficiency at NFI.
