Arvato is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician to serve as the primary on-site contact for technical support, ensuring effective resolution of IT issues and maintaining end-user productivity. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and contribute to IT service delivery for internal customers. In this role you will manage onsite tickets, respond to issues via phone, email, chat and on-site support, and assist with migrations, patches and updates as part of our IT
