Le technicien en croissance végétale (jardinier) participe à la plantation, à la culture et à la récolte de plantes de cannabis et à d'autres tâches connexes, en appliquant ses connaissances des systèmes environnementaux et travailler en collaboration avec les procédures opératoires standardisées (POS) et les directives de Santé Canada.

The Plant Growth

Technician (Gardener) participates in the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of cannabis plants, as well as other related tasks, applying knowledge of environmental systems and working in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health Canada guidelines. Assist and follow instructions from the Head Grower or Director regarding cultivation schedules, deviations from established procedures, safety protocols, and other general procedures. Monitor plant development and soil conditions to determine nutrient and water requirements.





Assist in managing pest and germ issues and maintaining plant health. Control plant growth and development through pruning and shaping. Record information such as chemicals used, grafts performed, and environmental conditions to maintain required records according to prescribed methods.

Expérience préalable en jardinage, en aménagement paysager ou en horticulture. Connaissance de l’entretien des plantes, notamment l’arrosage, le désherbage, la taille et l’entretien général des jardins. Previous gardening, landscaping, or horticultural experience.

Knowledge of plant care, watering, weeding, pruning, and general garden maintenance.
