- Assist the Operations group with both projects and daily business initiatives.
- Analyze data and support operational project tasks.
- Document, refresh, and keep current the business and project requirements.
- Partner with business and project teams to define and then improve processes.
- Show up for project meetings, support testing activities, and complete related assignments.
- Help with project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation pieces.

- Any prior exposure to CRM systems , APX, or Bloomberg is considered a benefit.
