NOW HIRING

Customer & Food Service Representatives

- Welcome and assist guests
- Handle admissions, bookings, memberships, and POS transactions
- Assist with food and beverage service
- Provide a friendly and positive experience for guests

Party Coordinators

- Coordinate and host birthday parties and special events
- Help with party setup, activities, food service, and cleanup
- Ensure guests have a fun and memorable experience

Cleaning Members

- Keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming
- Dust, wipe, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize
- Clean washrooms, play areas, dining areas, and common spaces
- Handle spills, accidents, and general cleaning duties

Supervisor





- Lead and support staff during daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and safety standards
- Oversee cleaning, food service, and facility operations
- Handle customer concerns and assist with staff training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and responsible
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Previous experience is an asset, but training is provided
- All roles needs to be comfortable with cleaning up bodily fluids incluing but not limited to pee, poo, vomit, blood
