Junior Project Coordinator –CDN Concrete Inc

Location: Delhi, Ontario

Compensation: $28–$38/hour based on experience

We are a growing concrete construction company looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office work, job site coordination, customer interaction, and hands-on problem solving. No two days are the same.

Responsibilities

- Assist with small job quoting and pricing
- Coordinate materials, suppliers, and subtrades
- Pick up and deliver materials/tools as needed
- Assist with scheduling and job coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding smaller projects
- Help track project costs and basic job profitability
- Support invoicing and project administration
- Visit job sites to ensure operations are running smoothly
- Solve day-to-day operational issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Basic Spreadsheet skills




- Construction experience is an asset
- Comfortable using cell phones, email, and basic computer programs
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
