Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to ensure timely service
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and kitchen procedures under supervision
- Maintain high standards of food handling and safety, adhering to hygiene regulations at all times
- Serve food to guests or team members in a courteous and efficient manner
- Help with cleaning duties such as washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and organizing kitchen tools and supplies
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies,



notifying supervisors when restocking is needed
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to assist with meal preparation and cooking tasks efficiently
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with the food industry standards related to hygiene and safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced setting
