Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder in Canada to support store leadership and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will observe, coach, and align with business needs to achieve sales goals while fostering teamwork and a positive store workplace.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, a passion for premium customer service, and a professional, brand-conscious approach. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Growth opportunities and employee discounts are offered.
