Our vision is to nurture people with the same care I give my own children—translated into delicious, nutrient-packed snacks that are indulgent yet guilt-free. Made with wholesome ingredients, our products respect dietary restrictions, being gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and vegan-friendly.

Our cinnamon-roasted nuts come from a cherished family recipe that started as a solution to my son’s dietary needs and has grown into a passion project. The sweet cinnamon aroma and warm crunch have since brought joy to countless families. Now, we’re bringing this holiday magic to Vaughan Mills Outlets Mall!

Glazed Nuts is seeking enthusiastic, and reliable Kiosk Associate with strong sense of sales to join our team for the busy Holiday season. This is a temporary position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, preparing products, and creating a welcoming experience.

As a Kiosk Sales Associate, you will:

- Sell our products and glaze cinnamon-roasted nuts right at the kiosk—filling the air with our signature caramelized cinnamon aroma (as we like to say, “The smell sells!”).
- Operate simple glazing equipment (easy temperature and timer setup for standard nut batches).
- Provide friendly service, handle transactions, and keep the kiosk clean and inviting.

Schedule & Training
- Training: will be provided on site.
- Work Period: October 21st – December 26th, 2026.
- Kiosk Hours of Operation

o Monday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

§ Shift 1: 9:45 – 3:30

§ Shift 2:



3:20 – 9:15

o Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

§ Shift Sunday: 10:50 – 7:15.

- Shifts will be scheduled within these hours based on business needs. Flexibility is required.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Offer free samples to potential customers.
- Process purchases accurately (cash and card).
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products and answer questions with product knowledge.

Product Preparation

- Operate glazing equipment following instructions.
- Monitor batches for quality and freshness.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment and work areas.
- Track inventory usage and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels while ensuring displays remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Kiosk Maintenance

- Keep displays organized, clean, and inviting.
- Ensure kiosk, equipment, and work area remain tidy and safe.
- Refill the clean water for the sink, and dump the grey to the correct drain.
- Empty trash bins and repair or replace any damaged signage.

Requirements and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent




- Advanced English proficiency to communicate with customers and staff
- Certifications: SafeCheck Canadian Food Safety Certification (or equivalent accredited Food Handler Certificate) is mandatory before starting.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules if needed

· Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

· Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 kg.

· Ability to follow instructions accurately and operate easy equipment.

· Retail, customer service, or food handling experience is an asset but not required.

- Positive attitude, friendly personality, and willingness to help customers.

Contract Terms
- This is a temporary contract position valid only for the period October 21st – December 26th, 2026.
- The contract will automatically end on December 26th, 2026, with no expectation of continuation.
- Either party may terminate the contract with one week’s written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur in cases of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or violation of mall/company policies.
- The Kiosk Assistant must adhere to all Vaughan Mills Outlets Mall Rules and Regulations (provided before start date).

Mandatory

- SafeCheck Canadian Food Safety Certification - You can access the certification course here: SafeCheck Food Handler Course (or via any other accredited provider of your choice).

Pay: $17.80-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
