Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs and cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Help with food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients or assembling dishes under supervision.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies, monitoring expiration dates and stock levels.
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or team members,



supporting the overall food service process.
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls.

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Hands-on experience with food handling, meal preparation, or kitchen operations is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service standards in the food industry enhances your suitability for this role.
- Knowledge of basic cooking methods and safety procedures ensures you can contribute effectively from day one.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting focused on quality and safety.
