The Kitchen General

Helper contributes to food preparation, meal presentation, and maintains cleanliness in the work workplace. This position involves dispensing food for the next day, conducting safety-oriented food storage practices, and executing general cleaning duties. You'll need to work efficiently both independently and with the team in various workstations. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, present, and serve high-quality meals
- Store food following safety and rotation protocols
- Conduct general cleaning and trash disposal
- Distribute utensils and portable kitchen equipment
- Follow approved recipes for food production consistency Requirements:
- Previous food service experience in relevant settings
- Valid Food Handler Certificate or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions in English, verbally and written
