Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Kitchen Helper / Fryer Cook and become a vital part of delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our guests! You will support the kitchen operations by assisting with meal assembly, food handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare menu items
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal assembly
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste
- Ensure all food products are stored correctly according to food safety guidelines




- Help with serving food to customers when needed and support overall restaurant operations during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a lively kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving kitchen supplies
