- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure efficient kitchen operations and profitability.

- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen meets all compliance standards.
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and create action plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

What You

Bring - 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.

- Strong culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to manage costs, inventory, and operations effectively.
