Crab Hot Lau at Granville is looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we'd love to have you as part of our kitchen crew.

Position: Kitchen Staff

Requirements:

- Previous kitchen/restaurant experience preferred (Asian cuisine experience is an asset)
- Valid SIN (Social Insurance Number) required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to cleanliness/food safety
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Available to work evenings and/or weekends

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations




- Support the kitchen team during peak hours
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
