As a Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist I, you will perform procedures in both the laboratory and in diagnostic imaging, typically in rural sites.

Your responsibilities include preparing patients, venipuncture and micropuncture, routine equipment maintenance, maintaining supplies and performing quality control procedures as required.

This is a working level position utilizing technical skills and judgment while performing a diverse range of diagnostic procedures and duties within the scope of practice of a Combined Laboratory/X-ray Technologist I. Current experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine and Specimen Procurement is required.

The position includes days, evenings, and weekends; required to take call and live within 30 minutes of the facility when on call, but site on call room available if needed. Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Practices effective infection control, and safety techniques as applicable.
