We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Large Complex Loss Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, intricate loss recovery projects within the construction and insurance sectors. Duties

- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large, complex loss projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget parameters
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to develop accurate project estimates and timelines
- Utilize construction management software such as Xactimate, DASH, ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry tools to track progress and manage documentation
- Oversee construction estimating processes to develop detailed cost projections and resource allocations
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools to ensure timely completion of all phases
- Conduct site inspections, review schematics, and read blueprints to verify work quality and compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project flow
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects




- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies for senior management
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations

Skills

- Expertise in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project execution
- Proficiency with construction estimating tools and techniques to develop precise cost assessments
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including Xactimate, ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid
- Solid understanding of heavy civil construction processes and related industry practices
- Experience managing large-scale complex loss projects within insurance or construction sectors
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on organization, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ability to read schematics thoroughly to ensure design intent is met during construction phases
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Solid communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
