About the role

Gscaping Services is hiring a Lawn Aeration Technician to provide lawn care services at residential and/or commercial properties. You’ll operate aeration equipment, prepare job sites, and provide dependable service to customers.

Responsibilities

Operate walk-behind or ride-on lawn aeration equipment Aerate lawns according to work orders and site conditions Load and unload equipment and supplies Check equipment before and after use and report any issues Keep work areas clean and follow safe work practices Communicate professionally with customers and the team

Qualifications

Comfortable with physically active outdoor work in changing weather Able to safely operate or learn to operate lawn-care equipment Reliable, punctual,



and attentive to detail Valid driver’s licence: Lawn-care or equipment experience: [required/preferred/not required] Job duties Aerate residential and commercial lawns using lawn-care equipment. Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies. Prepare job sites, follow safety procedures, and leave work areas tidy. Complete assigned jobs reliably and communicate with customers as needed. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
