- Work near power lines

No job is too small, and no tree is too tall—we approach every project with the same level of care and attention. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Arborist / Production Climber who can confidently take ownership of work in the canopy while supporting crew performance on the ground.

As a Lead Arborist / Production Climber, you will play a key role in executing technical tree work while setting the standard for safety, efficiency, and professionalism on-site.

Your responsibilities will include

✅ Performing all aspects of up-to-date arboriculture at a high level

✅ Safely ascending and working within tree canopies of all sizes

✅ Utilizing SRT, DRT, and traditional climbing systems effectively

✅ Executing spur-assisted removals and hazard tree dismantling

✅ Performing pruning to ANSI A300 standards

✅ Managing advanced rigging for large limb and tree removal





✅ Carrying out precise and safe felling techniques when applicable

✅ Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage

✅ Communicating clearly with crew members and clients on-site

✅ Supporting overall job flow, efficiency, and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2 years of climbing experience or formal training

✔ ISA Certified Arborist and/or 444A / 444B certification (preferred)

✔ Proven production climbing ability in technical environments

✔ Strong knowledge of modern arboriculture practices and techniques

✔ Confident working at heights in a variety of conditions

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Strong communication skills with both crew and clients

✔ Competency in tree and woody plant identification

✔ Valid G-Class driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
