ServiceMaster is a well-established commercial cleaning company looking for an individual who is passionate, organized and can work independently and guide a team.

We pride ourselves on providing top quality service and ensuring that the facilities we serve are safe, presentable and well maintained, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

For this position, we are looking for someone who can lead our day time cleaning teams and is able to liaison with our customers as a follow up to evening crews.

This position will require flexibility. Shifts primarily will be scheduled Tuesday to Saturday with a start time of 5:45am. However, project work will be scheduled regularly that will cause a need for a schedule change.

Skills required

· Excellent customer service and English communication skills

· Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, cleaning solutions and equipment

· Experience in managing a team size of 6+ employees

· Willingness to attend ongoing training sessions

· Class 5 NB Driver’s license and clean abstract

· Background check and references required





· Evening & Nights availability & flexible for weekdays and weekends

· WHMIS – we can help!

· CPR/First Aid an asset

· Strip and Wax experience an asset

· Operation of a burnisher and auto scrubber an asset

· Carpet & upholstery cleaning experience an asset

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Client inspections

· Staff Management; training, ensuring locations staffed as scheduled, job duties completed, etc.

· Inventory management; Supplies requests and fulfillment

· Complete and supervise commercial cleaning work, including; strip and wax, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, post construction cleaning

· Maintain a clean and safe warehouse/ garage

· Covering cleaning shifts as needed
