AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga seeks a Senior Human Factors Engineer to lead HF and ergonomics work packages, managing technical delivery to project programs and contributing to bids and initiatives. You will develop Human Factors Program Plans per REGDOC-2.5.1 and CSA N290.12, conduct function and task analyses, prepare human-system interface designs, and perform usability testing and workload analyses in high-hazard settings.
