- Manage mine planning and production processes
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standards

- Coach and mentor the Engineering Department
- Monitor contractor performance and resource usage

Requirements:

- Bachelor in Mining Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in mining software like Deswik and VentSim
- Experience in narrow vein underground gold mining
- Robust understanding of mine ventilation systems
- Knowledge of performance management and accountability
