- Manage mine planning and production processes
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standards
- Regularly inspect work areas for compliance
- Coach and mentor the Engineering Department
- Monitor contractor performance and resource usage Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mining Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in mining software like Deswik and VentSim
- Experience in narrow vein underground gold mining
- Strong understanding of mine ventilation systems
