Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
- Meet hourly production quotas.
- Document daily production.
- Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
- Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
- Ability to train FTMs.
- Understand and follow the Kanban system.
- Work in a protected manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
- You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
