- Draft, negotiate, and review construction and service agreements
- Advise project teams on legal matters for ongoing projects




- Update company contract templates and corporate documents
- Analyze bid documents for procurement processes
- Collaborate with external legal counsel for support Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. or J.D.) and Law Society membership
- About 5 years of experience in construction or commercial law
