Role Designation: RemoteAccountabilities: Investigate and settle litigation files of various complexity.

Interprets complex insurance wordings/case law, determines policy coverages, and establishes reserves.

Attend private mediations, settlement meetings, hearings, etc. Mentor and coach junior claim staff as required.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of strong insurance background handling litigation claims in a Bodily Injury claims environment.

Enrolled in, or completion of, CIP designation is an asset Excellent communication skills.
