Join CHARM Fertility as a Licensed Clinical Assistant and help improve women's health experiences. Collaborate with medical experts to provide compassionate care in our Oakville clinic. This role supports our patient-focused mission at CHARM Fertility, reporting directly to the Medical Director.

You will engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the care of fertility patients through assessments, education, and treatment coordination. Flexibility to cover our Etobicoke and Brampton locations is required. Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and document patient medical histories
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
- Conduct in-person and virtual patient follow-ups
- Review lab and diagnostic results with the supervising doctor
- Administer medications under appropriate authorization

Requirements:

- Licensed Physician Assistant with CPSO registration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health is an asset
- Ability to travel among clinic locations
- Robust patient-centered approach with empathy
