- Assist in installing, inspecting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment issues
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
- Operate lifting and hoisting equipment to position machinery and parts
- Fabricate components using machine tools such as lathes and grinders
- Assist in assembling machinery and supporting equipment installation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop
- Communicate effectively between shifts and with team members
- Follow and support all Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, CI, etc.) What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent




- Enrollment in or completion of the trade school portion of a Millwright apprenticeship
- Willingness to complete required internal training programs
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and industrial environments
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or welding
- Hands‑on experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
