Industrial Level 2 QC Lead

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Quality Control (QC) Lead to join our industrial operations team. This role is responsible for leading inspection activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the team in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate QC inspection activities.
- Compile and complete QC turnover packages.
- Complete Hydro test packages and witness.
- Complete AB-83 & AB-81.
- Prepare bolt torquing and mapping documentation.
- Perform and oversee inspections in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Review inspection results, identify non-conformances, and support corrective actions.
- Ensure inspection documentation, reports, and records are complete and accurate.
- Work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support and mentor QC inspectors and ensure procedures are followed consistently.
- Participate in audits,



quality meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the operation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Level 2 certification/qualification in the applicable inspection discipline.
- Previous experience in an Oil and Gas, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or energy environment.
- Strong knowledge of QC procedures, inspection techniques, codes, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection documentation.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance.
