OLH Property Management is seeking an experienced, licensed condominium property manager to oversee condominium operations and provide responsive, professional service to boards of directors and owners.

We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and confident managing the operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities of condominium corporations. This position offers significant earning potential, with an additional $10,000 per year for each new condominium building brought into the company.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day condominium operations and carry out board-approved decisions.
- Communicate professionally with directors, owners, residents, and contractors.
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance, repairs, and emergency response.
- Obtain quotes, coordinate service contracts, and monitor contractor performance.
- Prepare board reports, attend board meetings and annual general meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Support annual budgets, review financial statements, monitor expenses, and coordinate with accounting professionals.
- Maintain corporation records and coordinate required notices and reporting.
- Support compliance with applicable condominium legislation, declarations, bylaws, and rules.




- Identify and pursue opportunities to bring new condominium buildings to OLH Property Management.

Qualifications
- Active CMRAO General Licence in positive standing.
- Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation.
- Demonstrated experience managing Ontario condominium corporations.
- Strong knowledge of condominium operations, governance, budgeting, and building maintenance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using property management software and digital reporting tools.
- Ability to attend property visits, occasional evening meetings, and respond to urgent issues.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills are an asset.

Compensation and Growth Opportunity In addition to the base compensation, the successful candidate will receive an additional $10,000 per year for each new condominium building brought into OLH Property Management, subject to the terms of the employment agreement.
