Full-Time Licensed Optician – Perth, Ontario

Our friendly, patient-focused eye care clinic is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Optician to join our team. We are seeking someone outgoing, and passionate about helping patients look and see their best. A strong interest in fashion, aesthetics, and eyewear styling is essential.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their style and prescription needs
- Take accurate eyewear measurements
- Educate and recommend patients on lens options and coatings
- Adjust and repair eyewear
- Maintain frame inventory and process orders
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support lab work (an asset)

Qualifications
- Registered with the Ontario College of Opticians
- Valid Dispensing Optician License (required)
- Robust written and verbal English communication skills (French would be an asset)
- Excellent customer service and sales ability
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused




- Interest in eyewear trends and fashion
- Robust organizational, and computer skills

Position Details

- Full-Time, In-Person
- Monday - Friday work week, weekends off
- Wage: $34 – $39 per hour
