- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans
- Administer medications per established policies
- Follow competency guidelines and standards of practice
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for optimal care
- Support residents to function at their highest level

Requirements:

- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program
- Full practicing licensure with BCCNM
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Experience in long-term care is an asset
