Job Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and motivated Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Duties: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

- Conduct market research to determine property value.
- Create property listings and market properties through various channels.
- Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork for real estate transactions.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.

Qualifications: - Must be licensed real estate agent.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.




- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
