Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Light Assembly / Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this role, you will operate various machinery, and assemble components with precision. Your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will ensure that each product meets our strict quality standards.

Duties
- Operate light machinery and perform assembly operations with metal parts.
- Set up and adjust equipment and other assembly tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and maintain quality control standards.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, tolerances, and machine settings during production runs.
- Pack finished products securely for shipment while ensuring adherence to packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor, following safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical specifications.
- Ability to operate hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills necessary for precise assembly work.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
