Line Cook – Appetizers & Salads

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team, specializing in appetizers and salads.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook appetizers, salads, and other assigned menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and maintain the assigned station before, during, and after service.
- Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Assist other kitchen stations and team members as needed.
- Properly store and label food products and maintain inventory levels at the station.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset.
- Experience preparing appetizers and salads is preferred.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen environment.
- Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Schedule Full availability is required. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
