Job Summary

As a Line Cook, you will be the heart of our kitchen, bringing vibrant Italian dishes to life with energy and precision. You’ll be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will contribute to memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Ensure all food is cooked properly, plated attractively, and served promptly
- Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by maintaining efficiency and teamwork




- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens, with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests
- Familiarity with meal preparation, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in every dish
- Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and contributing positively to the team atmosphere

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
